Possible to add another field to 'Time Tracking'?

Tudor Hofnar October 21, 2012

I'm wondering whether its possible to add another text field to the Time Tracking field of an issue.

Currently an issue has 'Estimated' and 'Remaining' and we would like to have it similar to this 'Quoted', 'Planned' and 'Remaining'. Is there a way I can rename Estimated to Planned or Quoted and then create another one?

I like how it displays a status bar of the amount of hours but we need it to track against 2 fields rather than one and I can't seem to find a way to create something like that.

Thanks!

Currently that is not possible to do that directly from JIRA UI. If you are using JIRA Standalone, there are plenty number of time tracking plugins available in Atlassian Marketplace, see this:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search/advanced?q=&application=jira&applicationVersion=&category=Worklog+%26+Time-tracking&pluginSystemVersion=&supportType=&license=&cost=&createdAfter=&createdBefore=&minDownloadsCount=&minimumStars=&search=true

However, if you are using Atlassian OnDemand, those plugins can't be installed per the Atlassian OnDemand Plugins Policy:
