Is it possible to make a template within JIRA with some pre-defined questions and possible answers? We'd like to use this for registering problems by clients in a predefined manner; Is it possible with a JIRA-license or do we need to have the Configuration Selfservicedesk-license?
Your Pre-defined questions can be your JIRA Custom fields. Pre-defined answers can be the Custom Field's Description or just a simple List Box with choices. Try it so you will know how that will look like when viewing in the "Create" screen.
