Popup a customfield depending on a value of another field

I'm new with JIRA and hope you can help me. I want that a customfield pops up depending on a value of another field. How is this popup customfield doable?

You can get relations between custom fields by using Behaviours Plugin. But I am not sure what you need by a custom field popping up.
