Hello  

We are planning installation

JIRA software

Confluence

Bitbucket

And use MS Sql 2012 server as database  

We will host it on VMware on site.   Is it possible to run all application on 1 server ? or what do you recommend

Yes, it will work fine, as long as the VM has enough resources and a local disk.
