Personal Dashboard not showing my open tickets

Our company recently updated the Jira URL. I am able to see my team's project and open tickets when I click on the project but I am no longer able to see the open tickets pertaining to just me when I click on "Dashboard" under my profile icon.

Can you tell me how I can see my open tickets under my Dashboard again?

This should be a configuration setting change done by your jira Admin during your New URL migration/deployment activity.
If you are talking about this (

When you click on the dashboard under your profile picture, Jira open the recent opened dashboard used by you and shows it.
If you want to see your Default Dashboard, then it should again be configured by your Admin (this is a global change), If my understanding is correct
