Permission Change history

Recently my permissions were changed within jira. Is there anywhere I can go to see who made these changes?

If you are a jira administrator, then you can go to Audit Logs and see the changes. 

Usually changes made to project roles (if someone is removed or added), changes made to user groups, etc, are recored there. 
I don't know what you're looking for but you can peek into audit logs. 

Also, you can narrow down the seach by entering your username in the search bar. That would bring up entries related to you.

Shortcut: g+g --> Audit Logs.
