Permision to invite customer

Hello, 

i have a problem with permision for my service desk team account. 

I have two account. 

First: administrators account - i can invite (per mail) new customer to the portal

Second: employee account in JIRA service desk team group - he cannot invite new customer. 

Can i change this ? but i don't want give him administrators privilege.

Did you found a solution on how to add the 'invite customer' privilege to a SD agent?
