Password Reset in the Servicedesk

Our customer wants to reset a password. He will be sent the following link.
https: //jira.kalbeck.com/servicedesk/customer/user/resetpassword ........?

He does not like it unfortunately he would like this link
https: //servicedesk.kalbeck.com/servicedesk/customer/user/resetpassword ......?

Is it possible to stop?
If yes where do I do it?

Hi Michael,

We have a knowledge base article titled How to customize customer portal URL in JIRA Service Desk Server that may help.  I would test on a dev instance before making changes in production to verify the changes work and will not cause any unforeseen issues.

In addition, please vote on JSDSERVER-513 and JSDSERVER-1627 to add impact so this can become an integrated feature in Service Desk in the future.
