PIN required for Trackspace login

While login to Trackspace system - on GlobaProtect connection system ask me to give a PIN - that 2steps authorization was canceled a while ago already - I don`t have on my new mobile opportunity to verify that PIN on Authenticator application.

While I reconnect via MFA Cisco - then all is ok and Trackspace don`t ask me about the PIN, but MFA will be switch off soon, so I need to find solution to login to Trackspace based on ebase password only - without PIN, could you please have a look?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I think you might have clicked on "help with documentation/issue-tracker tool" instead of "help with Trackspace" and landed here in a place where we don't know much, if anything, about your Trackspace or identity systems. 

I think you need to ask this question in a Trackspace/Globalprotect forum, or ask the admins of your systems.
