PDF attachments now just save and save as..

Hi,

From a few days ago I can just save attachments (PDF) now and not open tem as I could before in another window or tab in Crome,IE, this is using Atlassian Cloud, with Service desk. Anyone know anything about it?

Yes it is.. And this works on a lot of other sites for me, just when working on Atlassian it doesn’t for now.. Since a few days..

I think that is that browser setting where you define the behaviour (open/save/always ask) for different file types.

I don't have an English Chrome or IE at hand and can't guide you through the menus but it shouldn't be too difficult to find.
