Hello.
After migration from Jira onDemand to local version we are missing "Outgoing mail" tab in system>mail setting.
We have checked the option to enable outgoing mail while setting the backup during installation/migration, yet the "outgoing mail" area is still missing after installation.
Is there some additional place where I have to enable it?
Seems that this is a problem with permissions. After migration we don't have access to the only account with system-admin permissions wich was created by atlassian on onDemand version.
