Outgoing mail log not working

Hi- Running v6.2.3 For some reason I cannot find an active outgoing mail log file. The Outgoing Mail log is ENABLED. The Outgoing Debug Mail log is ENABLED. The only file I can find on the server is 'atlassian-jira-outgoing-mail' which is 10.5MB and is dated 03/19/2015.

Hello Steve,

Please, try do disable all mail log and enable it again, if this workaround doesn't work, you can try a simple JIRA restart, this action cleans some cache that might be related do this problem.
