Our Access to Jira Cloud Mobile is not working anymore.

We have 500 licenses and our access was normal. We had some changes for SAML integration. Do you think this could be the problem?

Hi Beatriz

Can you let us know exactly what's happening when you try to access the mobile JIRA? Are you referring to the mobile site, or the JIRA App?
