Issue: Orginazation doesn’t receive any email notification from the second update onwards on a ticket
Description: The orginazation does receive the 1st notification when they are initially tagged, however the issue occurs when there is another update made addressing the orginazation, they do not receive anything from the 2nd notification onwards
If the orginization choose to turn on notifications then only they receive regular updates for that specific ticket only
However, this want the case sometime back (maybe a month back), orginazations were recevving regular notifications for updates on all tickets flagged without choosing to enable notifications for a specific indivisual ticket

Can you check your projects settings > notifications and ensure it aligns with your expectations? Is the user an assignee/reporter/watcher for the issue being updated and are the notifications configured as desired to ensure the user is notified?
