Ordering requests types on Service Desk

Is there any way to reorder the request types in the customer portal?

This widget could not be displayed.

Edit your JIRA Project's Issue Type scheme and re-order them as you wish (if you the correct administration rights). You can even set a default issue type.

I'd suggest having a read here https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/configuring-request-types-and-workflows-732528910.html It'll explain most of the ways you can modify your Service Desk request types, including dragging and dropping to reorder them.
