Open registation and limit/restrict to see only 1 project registered. Edited

How to set up open public signup registrations URL link and Limit/Restrict users (Service Desk Customers) to see only this one project where did they registered.

Marked option:

Customer permissions> "Anyone can email the service desk or raise a request in the portal".

Browsing a Project  > Service Desk Customer - Portal Access  (Once this option is removed, registration is no longer active)
