One studio in China & one studio in the UK

I work primarily with JIRA in the UK and I want to connect a Chinese studio with the UK studio's JIRA. Some of the Chinese users do not understand English and I am trying to find something that can support English to Chinese translations for the China studio's JIRA. 

We currently use JIRA Cloud and I have looked into a Chinese language package for JIRA Cloud
