One project; multiple teams, running parallel sprints Edited

So on a project, different team members have different task (timeline). How can the project notify the next team member that his or her task is up next to complete? Is this possible?

Example: when Sam completes his task in the project he and his team is working on , how to I setup to alert Amy that it is her turn to take the info gathered by Sam and complete her part?

Thanks in advance for your input!!!

There are multiple options:

  • Sam will assign completed task to Amy with comment that she can proceed with her task
  • Amy will be added to 'watchers' field on Sam's task so she will be notified about changes on Sam's tasks

Or do you need something smarter? :)

That will work!

Thank You for your imput!!
