Once-off Zendesk -> JIRA sync

Can I make sharing information from Zendesk ticket to JIRA issue not only one-way, but also make JIRA keep the information synced from Zendesk by the time of creation of the link, even if it changes in Zendesk afterwards (and still keep the ticket and issue linked)?
