OnDemand user limit says 100000 when it should be 25

Dan Cormick August 19, 2013

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Our OnDemand user limit says it's 100000 when it should only be 25. It's causing our Tempo licence to become inactive due to a user limit mismatch.

Hi Dan,

Some OnDemand instances are having problems on the way licenses are calculated.

There has been a temporary fix being rolled out, that enables a 100,000 user license, so this is expected.

Your original user license will be set back once the root cause of the bug has been fixed - which may take a few days.

Cheers,
Mauro

I forgot to mention Dan, about Tempo licenses, there has been a bug report, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD-6703 to address the issue that you are experiencing.

In order to work around the current bug please login to https://my.atlassian.com add a trial license of Tempo to your OnDemand subscription.

Please log an issue on Atlassian Support if you have more doubts and we'll keep you updated.

Cheers
