OnDemand JIRA maximum issues

We need to find a sizing factor in JIRA OnDemand version. Following is our requirement. Could you please confirm whether JIRA OnDemand will support the follwing requirements. If not then could you please suggest what kind of hardware we may required for Download version?

Users : 200+

Regular users : 100+

Numer of issues per day = 3000+ issues per day.

Number of projects = 200+

Number of custom fields =50+

Number of Workflow = 5(max)

Hi Satish,

Note that there’s no golden rule to perform this sizing since OnDemand platform have some particularities over the standalone applications.

None of your given parameters really matters, since the performance will depends more about the number of simultaneous access and what kind of performed tasks. Large number of API requests may impact instance’s overall performance too.

Note that OnDemand have a storage limitation of 25GB, so if you have more than this now, maybe you’ll need to remove some data before proceed with the migration.
