OnDemand - Can you customzie email notification subject line to show issue resolution?

This will be very helpful for when you receive lots of emails notifications.

It is not possible on onDemand, Customizations are not allowed.

This is something we would like to be able to do as well. Sorting though a large list of emails received from JIRA is a painful process.



Has anyone filed a feature request for this?

Subject line can be customized if you send notifications using our add-on: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.vacom.jirassimo

As you can use template'ing in the message body itself, you can also use it in subject line.


Issue resolution is {{#issues}} {{#fields}}{{resolution.name}}{{/fields}}{{/issues}}


You can also finely-tune triggering notifications based on whether issue matches specific JQL criteria.
