Offline mode / JIRA & Confluence Mobile Apps

Do you offer some kind of offline mode functionalities. We have new users that do a lot off traveling and would like to have access to there information's. Do you have some link or documentation that I can read about ?

Also, what about the server version any plan to support on-premise environment with Mobile Client apps ?

Is it possible to suggest it as a feature? Offline syncing when creating new tickets would be an amazing feature. At the moment makes JIRA unusable for task management and for offline planning

Hi Andre,

both Confluence and Jira cloud mobile apps are not optimised for offline mode. You can see cached data, but there is no way to create new issues.

Hi @Alain Trembley - The Jira Cloud mobile apps don't have an offline mode. You'll be able to see projects and issues you've viewed recently, but won't be able to add new issues, transition issues, add comments, etc... while offline.

@Alain Trembley There is currently no Mobile app for JIRA Server, bu there is one for JIRA Cloud. You can get more details of what all you can view in JIRA Server using a Mobile app in this documentation:
