How to set up office365 email box on service desk's email channel?
I tried to use following settings;
email address: <email>
username: <email>
mail server: outlook.office365.com
Now I will get following errors
Pop: "Command is not valid in this state." error.
Secure pop: "Read timed out"
Imap: "No login methods supported!"
Secure imap: "* BYE JavaMail Exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out"
So nothing seems to work. Mail server should be correct for corporate emails.
Atleast imaps seems to work. The email service is hosted by MS so I assume they know what they are doing

Notice that crlf parameter was needed to get past login phase – otherwise it just hanged until timed out.

Is your mail server configured correctly? You need it to have either POP3 or IMAP support. The errors you are getting imply that it is not configured correctly for either of them.
