Hi we have recently migrated to Office 365 and have noticed emails are now being rejected with the below message -
The message was rejected because it is an automated delivery status message.
We have it setup so that people email a Group Email which is then forwarded to an external account (Gmail) which Service Desk then looks at.
Stuart, have a look at this issue - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-1749. I'm unsure why it would have been working before O365 though. Based upon your question I assume this was the case.
