Notify Custom field users in Service Desk Automation



What if I need to send email, or to alert a person who is in custom field? It is not right not wo have that opportunity. Anyone has any solution?

Hi Maro,

Are you currently using the Request Participants field?

Request participants can add comments and attachments to a request, and receive the same notifications from JIRA Service Desk as the reporter. Participants can see who else is involved in a request both on the customer portal and in email notifications. This makes it possible for them to work from their inbox.

Thanks for your reply. I also thought that comments can help in this situation, but I can't make the comments field to require information in case I want to make users not to forget to maintain their collegaues.
