Notification when atlassian product are in maintenance.

We are using JIRA, confluence and bitbucket (in the cloud)

I would love to be notified when there is a scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. Is there an RSS feed, or a twitter or something I could subscribe too that only alert me when something is not working?
