In the notification scheme the following entities are supposed to receive email regarding worklog delete: current user, reporter, all watchers and project role = s/w team lead
However, if on an issue if a worklog is deleted, then none of these entities receive an email. Am I missing setting some parameter?
Try debugging using the notification helper. Also, make sure you are not testing by yourself and you have "Notify own changes" turned off in your profile.
