I can't figure out how to set users that are set as request particiapnts to receive notifications.
The help prompt says I need to grant "request participants" in the permission / security to enable access to receive notifications, but when editing permission schemes the "request participant" role is not an option.

There does not appear to be an option to add "Request Participant" in the customer notification service desk configuration.
Request Participants are only set in the "Customer notifications" for Service Desk configuration.
There is no concept of "Request Participant" in the base JIRA Permissions and notifications
