Not recieving password reset email

Hi there,

 

One of my staff members;  Peter is not receiving password reset  emails from JIRA  cloud. Other staff members are. When checking the exchange logs i cant see any password reset emails for Peter reaching our mail  server. 

From other posts i think there might be a suppression filter on the Atlassian side that needs to be removed?

Peters details are being

Name: Peter Huang

Email: peter.xxxxxx@xxxxxxx.com.au

Hello Iman,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Thank you for sharing the information, I was able to confirm that there was a bounce on his email.

550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) [SY3AUS01FT015.eop-AUS01.prod.protection.outlook.com]

I removed this bounce and the email should be received now.

Please, try again and let us know if it works.

My wife is having the same email issue problem on bitbucket. can you please see what's wrong. Her registered email ID on your a/c is [Removed by moderators]

Hi Angies,

 

One of my staff is having a similar problem he's not receiving the password reset requested. email address is r.agadagba@iformitsolutions.com

We changed our domain registrar recently and we thought this could be the problem but we are not sure.

I saw that you already created a ticket with our support to better investigate what is happening.

I confirmed that there are no blocks on our side, so it's necessary to get more information and check the logs to confirm what is causing the issue.

Let's focus on the tickets and once it's closed, feel free to share the resolution here to help other community members that may have the same problem.
