Hi there,
One of my staff members; Peter is not receiving password reset emails from JIRA cloud. Other staff members are. When checking the exchange logs i cant see any password reset emails for Peter reaching our mail server.
From other posts i think there might be a suppression filter on the Atlassian side that needs to be removed?

Thank you for sharing the information, I was able to confirm that there was a bounce on his email.
550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) [SY3AUS01FT015.eop-AUS01.prod.protection.outlook.com]
I removed this bounce and the email should be received now.
Please, try again and let us know if it works.

One of my staff is having a similar problem he's not receiving the password reset requested. email address is r.agadagba@iformitsolutions.com
We changed our domain registrar recently and we thought this could be the problem but we are not sure.

I confirmed that there are no blocks on our side, so it's necessary to get more information and check the logs to confirm what is causing the issue.
