We have migrated from pivotal to jira, all the account have been successfully migrated, although when we try to reset all user passwords (System > User Management > Password Policy > Reset all passwords now), the users never receive the email.
We are not using a JIRA installation, it's hosted by Atlassian itself.
It could happen that the mail server receiving and distributing the emails to the mail boxes filters the mails as unwanted due to them triggering an automated rule to detect unwanted email.
This can be solved by whitelisting the domain atlassian.net or the email address of the jira site.
