Hi @Priyanka Kale

If you are open to using 3rd-party solutions for your case, our app Notification Assistant for Jira can help you with this scenario.

It allows you to customize and manage notifications in a way that suits your custom needs, including, but not limited to creating custom notification rules, notifying on your own changes, and more.

Feel free to reach out if this is of your interest.

Hi @Priyanka Kale

It can be that the notification scheme related to the project, on the issues your are mentioned in has changed.

Check with your Jira administrator.

Hi @Priyanka Kale

There are more services necessary than those in Jira to pass you an email message. Your server computer needs to have a whole lot of things configured to setup a valid connection with a mail server instance. All along this way, things could go awry.

Especially if things go from fully functioning to not working (without Jira changes), I would contact my local system administrator to find out if there have been changes in mail handling on the server computer, and/or if he/she would mind doing some testing to guarantee that mail can be sent/received properly.

In your case, that would be the kind cloud people that keep Jira Cloud running.

Hope you tackle the mail like a dog does the mailman,

Dick
