I've just started a trial service desk cloud. Public signup is on, an incoming email handler is configured, default issue type is set and we sending to the default email address provided by Atlassian. The email isn't arriving in the queue. Anything else to configure?
You can view the incoming email log: press dot (.), search for Email Requests. View the processing log for your service desk and see if the email was rejected for particular reason.
