Not receiving email from JIRA with 8 didgit codes or password change requests

Hi

One of our users has been trying to get his "8 digit code" verification email to access to Jira but it has been an impossible thing. He's not receiving emails for password change request either. He has been dissabled for approx 6 months(wasn't working for the company) before we reenabled his account in JIRA and now he cannot log back in, because he doesn't receive the 8 digit code in his email. Here is what he tried on his end and I as an JIRA Admin:

  1. He has checked his quarantine list and spam folder
  2. Our email server (Office 365) is not blocking any domain or site

Can you please help?
