Hi
One of our users has been trying to get his "8 digit code" verification email to access to Jira but it has been an impossible thing. He's not receiving emails for password change request either. He has been dissabled for approx 6 months(wasn't working for the company) before we reenabled his account in JIRA and now he cannot log back in, because he doesn't receive the 8 digit code in his email. Here is what he tried on his end and I as an JIRA Admin:

The user's email address may have been blacklisted by Atlassian.
Open a support case directly with Atlassian to ask them to investigate the issue.
