I'm using JIRA cloud trial version and installed Zephyr, but neither I'm able to see 'Test' option in the menu bar nor 'Test' in issue type.

you need to renew trial license or buy it. Btw, in order to support you on app enabling you need to provide us more information about error on atlassian-jira.log.
Btw, my suggestion is to unistall it and try to install it from scratch.
