Deleted user February 4, 2020

Hi,

Is it possible to not allow a user to close a ticket if the ticket is "unassigned" and has no "account"?

Best regards
Rickie

Yes. This can be done by adding condition and/or validators to the transition in the workflow.

Hi again,

Thank you guys. It works, but is it possible to do it global for all projects and transition?

Hello @[deleted] ,

yes you can. This can be accomplished by an administrator who is capable of navigating to the workflow and adding a Fields required validator.

Cheers,

Andrej
