Not all gadgets have loaded

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Customizing the Dashboard

Hello,

I'm getting the following message when trying to add gadgets to any Dashboard:

After some time, that message is replaced by this one:

but I'm still missing most of the gadgets. 

 

Not sure how to proceed to fix this...

I am getting this constantly as well.

I found on another equally named thread that a bug was filed (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-45677).

However following that bug says it was a duplicate, that the duplicate issue was fixed, and we should all be better.  But it didn't fix the issue for me.

I have occasionally been able to get gadgets, but that is rare and takes a ton of screwing around time clicking refresh or other shenanigans.

There was a fix that needed to be applied to my instance of JIRA.  After Support did that, then gadgets would load - I'd occasionally have to "Try Again", but they always do load now.

Thanks!  Do you know what that fix is?  Is it JIRA support or in house support/administrator that made the fix?

From your description of the issue, I verified that you were running into the following bug, which was very recently fixed:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-61835

It included a few different errors with gadgets not loading properly bug now that the fix has been rolled out to all instances, the issue shouldn't reoccur  If you have any other questions, please let me know.

To test, are you able to load the gadgets after following the 'Try Again' prompt a few times?

This is really frustrating and is continuing to occur for our organization using the JIRA Atlassian Cloud service, please resolve as soon as possible.
