Tried in multiple browsers yet not able to login. Also tried resetting the pwd but the issue is same.
Hi @Bhaskar Shankar to answer your query, below are the possibilities (as we don't have the error screen shot you are facing)
1. Your browser or network might be blocking third-party cookies. Try clearing the cache and try to login again? (if not already done).
2. If issue still persists, kindly ask your network admin to whitelist the Atlassian IP and domain.
3. Your email address might not been added to access that URL. Which means, your Jira admin has to enable the access.
4. If the above three options doesn't work, than please reach out to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ for a quick resolution and assistance.
