Not able to collapse epics in roadmap
In my roadmap it's not possible to collapse the epics as shown below. I have migrated all epics including the underlaying issues from next gen to claasic.

When issues are added to an Epic, it will show the option to expand and show child issues on the Roadmap. This works for both Classic and Next-gen projects.

Can you please share with us a screenshot of your Roadmap? Just make sure to hide private information.
Also, when using Classic projects, the roadmap only shows child issues from the same project the Epic belongs. So, if there are child issues from another project, it will only show in the Epic, but not in the Roadmap.
