Not able to add new members

Hello:

I created new Jira account and want to add my 4 team members email address coma separated. I am only one member as of now.

I am not able to add one and all four of them.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please navigate to admin.atlassian.com as shown here

you will have the option to invite users in the user tab

Please let me know what error are you facing when you are inviting users.

Hi,

I am trying to add a new member based on your guidelines above, unfortunately without success.

Jira shows me an error "Could not add users. Something went wrong adding users to your site" after I sent an invitation.
