When the user goes to "Active Sprints" from her project, she get this error where it says:
An error occurredHide...
Please try refreshing the page, or contact your administrator / Atlassian Support if the problem continues.
This user is the project lead and still she is not able to see this page or main project page. She can see the cards if she searches for each card manually.

Check he version of JIRA Software is compatible with the current version of JIRA Core.
Upgrade JIRA Software to be a compatible version with JIRA Core per JIRA Software - Version History - Atlassian Marketplace.

Can you explain what you mean by upgrade jira software. This works for all others users. Its only this one person who is getting this error.
