Not able to access Jira even if I am Project Lead

New_M December 8, 2013

Created a Project. But not able to access Project Administration page. Getting 'Access denied' message when I am trying to access.
Thought I was not the Project lead as many said this problem might be because of that. But just now I checked I am the Project lead. So how do I fix this issue?

Note: I have editted the project many times but suddenly facing this issue.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Maitreya,

You'll need an account with admin rights so you can check the project permissions.

You'll probably need to change the permission scheme or add yourself to the correct project role to get Project admin rights.

More information about permissions can be found here :

Best regards,

Peter

Check if your permission scheme grants "administer project" to the project lead in that project.
