Not able attach screenshot

Attach screenshot is not working with Java 7, update 51.

This might be related to Jira version 6.0.5 as the same functionality is working with another instance of Jira (OnDemand, version 6.2-OD-10-004-WN, Build Number 6253).
How can I make it work?
