Not Receiving emails from Atlassian

I have a office365 account: yasirf@sonasoft.com. When i try to login to http://sonasoft.atlassian.net with yasirf@sonasoft.com i get incorrect password exception. When i try to reset the password, the UI says that email has been sent to my email account. However i don't receive any email from Atlassian.

I think that is a case that need to be checked by Atlassian directly (since you probably are not able to debug cloud instance or provide logs)

What you can do before that is to check from anyone else that is having access to the same instance if he can also reproduce this. If so then there might be a bigger problem.

You can also check your email settings. Maybe the email lands in a spam folder.
