Normal user to browse all users & Change Reporter via self-portal issue

Hi,

I would like to allow all users to browse users on self-portal.

I was set up the global permission to allow all users to browse users as below:

browseuser.pngAnd not working as below (from a normal user who can access self-portal):

May I know what is the root-cause of this issue?

 

Also, I would like to ask the column of "Raise this request on behalf of"

May I know can normal user help other colleagues to report the issue via self-portal without agent license?

  1. I think you might need to allow Browse Users under Request Security in the Service Desk Administration.
  2. Only agents see the Raise this request on behalf of field, so that they may raise issues for customers.
