When entering a false value, for example a wrong date-format oder a wrong component, or leaving a mandatory field blank, there will be no error message displayed on my create new ticket screen. When clicking the "Create"-button, the screen only flickers, but nothing happens. A regular user wouldn t know what to change. Why are there no hints regarding the errors displayed?
The problem was our proxy server, which blocked or did not forward the error messages from the screens.

Hi Hans, this really it's very odd, I think the best in this case is to create an issue on support.atlassian.com so they can do a better follow up.
