I have projects made in Jira that are ticket systems.
This is all a new setup. When a ticket is raised on one of the projects I am not getting notified by email that a ticket has been raised.
What am I doing wrong. It worked once and now it is not working after adding 2 more email accounts.

Welcome to the Community! Recently Atlassian released a new feature to provide customers wit a warning/error to indicate why emails may not be being sent: [JRACLOUD-67264] Provide a log for Jira outbound email
Could you please check with a Jira project administrator to use the Issue email audit to monitor email suppression and unblock emails after bounces or other errors?
