Hi,
I can't provide e-mail notifications for non-managed accounts to work.
These several accounts are also registered as managed accounts in own cloud Jira.
Notification helper shows that e-mails were sent.
What could it be ?
Hi,
Sometimes email addresses can fail to receive a message sent by our Cloud services. When we receive a bounce message from a mail server, that address can be added to a suppression list that Atlassian maintains. I recommend creating a support case for this over in https://support.atlassian.com/contact where you can share with our support team the email addresses of any/all users that are not receiving notifications from our Cloud services.
With that information, we can remove this suppression to allow them to receiving email notifications again.
