No + add Gadget

Hi Crowd,

I am managing a couple of accounts on Jira. They are all setup the same but I have one account that doesn't have a "+ Add Gadget." Seen Below.

All my other accounts are setup as follows.

Is there a feature that i have forgotten to turn on?

You need to be on a dashboard that you own before you can see the + sign to add gadgets.
