No E-mail notifications

No E-mail notifications at all are sent. I can send mails using the Send E-mail utility in Administration -> System -> Mail -> Send E-mail.

When I try the Notification Helper I get no answer at all.

We use Jira on-demand and from what I can see there is no configuration for the E-mail. We use the default notification scheme.

There are a few possible causes to this issue. Have a look at this article and let us know if it helps:



Since I was setting up this for the first time there was no one but me to send notifications to and all changes were mine. So when I changed the "Notify users of their own changes" setting to "Yes" I startede to see notifications.
